## What they're looking for

- Design, build, and maintain full-stack web apps and marketing sites on Sanity CMS, shipping changes end-to-end on medium-to-large sites, from content schema through rendered page
- Work in our AWS setup, including CloudFront, S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch, when a change depends on how the site is delivered or observed
- Partner with marketing, content, and SEO/GEO stakeholders to turn business and content needs into a scalable, maintainable web architecture for global teams
- Build reusable components, templates, and tooling that let authors and other non-engineers create and manage content confidently and safely
- Own performance, accessibility, and technical SEO/AI-crawler readiness across our web properties
- Integrate with third-party services and APIs (analytics, marketing automation, personalization) as part of the broader web ecosystem
