## About the role

As a Patient Navigator, you'll do more than guide patients through the clinical trial enrollment process—you'll help shape the future of how patients access precision medicine.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or equivalent nursing degree required. An active RN or LPN license is not required
- 2+ years of experience supporting oncology patients, patient navigation, clinical research, or a related healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of clinical trials and the patient enrollment process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex medical information to diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patients, priorities, and deadlines
- Demonstrated empathy, sound judgment, and a patient-first approach
