## About the role

The successful candidate will serve as a primary legal advisor on privacy, data protection, information security, and AI matters, with a principal focus on leading complex customer and vendor negotiations involving these specialized requirements. Candidates for this position will be qualified lawyers with strong transactional experience and in-house experience within the technology sector, preferably in software and multiplatform environments (on-premises, native SaaS, and hybrid solutions).
