## About the role

Office and workplace. Run the space. Vendors, supplies, food, access, the physical stuff that quietly eats time when nobody owns it. Equipment and tooling. Procure and provision hardware, manage software accounts and access, keep the tool stack organized. Handle the small technical problems before they reach an engineer.

## What they're looking for

- Ops, office management, EA, or business operations experience at an early-stage startup
- Comfortable with technology and basic IT: provisioning, accounts, access, troubleshooting
- Organized and self-directed. You build the system, then run it, without being managed
- Strong written communication and good judgment about what needs escalating
- Based in NYC and able to be in the office regularly
- Excited to build from scratch and AI-native in how you work
