## About the role

PeopleFun is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive audience growth, monetization, retention, and engagement across our game portfolio. Working closely with Production, Design, Engineering, and Analytics, you will lead a cross-functional product pod, own and prioritize the roadmap, and drive measurable improvements in game performance. You will use data and player insights to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, make product decisions, and determine where the team can have the greatest impact.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree (graduate degree preferred) in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or related field
- 3+ years' experience in a game product management role
- Proven experience in increasing user retention
- Passion for creating innovative, fun, and compelling games
- Understanding and experience with free-to-play and other mobile game business and monetization models
- Proactive and self-directed, with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving them forward without waiting for direction
