## About the role

As Head of Real Estate & Facilities, you'll own the physical footprint behind Rips. Every pack ripped in the app is backed by real inventory that has to be stored, sorted, and shipped. Today that runs out of a single site, and volume keeps climbing. Over the next several years we'll stand up many more sites on both coasts, leased and purchased. You'll find the space, close the deal, run the buildout, and hand a working facility to the operations team.

## What they're looking for

- • 7+ years in industrial or corporate real estate or construction project management, with direct experience on warehouse or fulfillment space
- • Track record of taking multiple sites from search through occupancy, including both leases and purchases
- • Hands-on experience managing general contractors and buildouts
- • Comfort working directly with counsel on purchase agreements and leases
- • Financial rigor. You can model lease vs. buy and buildout budgets, and defend the numbers
- • Comfort owning a function end to end and driving work to completion without a playbook handed to you
