## About the role

We are looking for an Insights Editor to help scale our blockchain intelligence content engine. In this role, you will lead the creation of data-driven intelligence products, including reports, briefs, and insights blogs, that increase TRM's share of voice and position us as the most trusted public source on crypto-related financial crime.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, International Relations, Government, Economics, Security Studies, or a related field, advanced degree a plus
- 7+ years of professional experience in writing and editing data- or research-driven content (investigative reporting, think tank / policy research, intelligence analysis, or similar)
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, structure, and style, with a proven ability to simplify complex material without sacrificing accuracy
- Demonstrated experience editing others' work for clarity, narrative coherence, and tone, including providing constructive feedback to subject-matter experts
- Strong research and fact-checking skills, comfortable working with both quantitative data and qualitative sources (OSINT, court filings, enforcement actions)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
