## About the role

Run full-cycle hiring across Marketing, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand and Content, Communications, Field and Events, Marketing Operations, and Creative, owning each search from intake to close. Partner with marketing leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs, set hiring strategy, and deliver against the growth priorities tied to TRM's expansion across public sector, financial institutions, and crypto.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record hiring across marketing functions such as Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Content, and Communications
- Experience recruiting for B2B marketing teams, ideally in SaaS, security, fintech, or other technical and regulated markets
- Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments where priorities shift frequently
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives, including CMOs and marketing VPs, as a strategic talent advisor
- A working understanding of how modern marketing teams operate and are measured, so you can tell the difference between a strong pipeline builder, a sharp storyteller, and a great operator
- The ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar specialties and turn business needs into clear, credible hiring profiles
