## About the role

TRM is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to own meaningful, visible brand design across campaigns, web, social, events, sales and marketing, and reports. As TRM has grown, the brand has become one of its most important assets, and this individual-contributor craft role has real ownership over its own projects, room to take big swings, and the support of a creative team that cares about getting it right. You will work within TRM’s creative direction and help it evolve through the projects you take on.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of brand design experience, including time in high-craft environments (agency, editorial, elevated consumer, or design-forward tech)
- An excellent portfolio with strong command of typography, layout, color, and composition, and a clear aesthetic point of view
- An AI-first mindset: hands-on experience bringing generative AI into real creative work, a clear view of where it helps and falls short, and appetite to keep growing those skills
- Fluency in brand systems: designing for scale and consistency without being boxed in
- Proven ability to make complex information land — data visualization, infographics, and editorial design
- Master fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite across digital and print, with experience using component libraries and partnering with external developers
