## About the role

As the Cost Accounting Manager at True Anomaly, you will be the primary owner of program costs across the business. Sitting at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, you will own the end-to-end process for nonlabor program costs by ensuring they are complete, accurate, and flowing correctly through our systems.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5-11 years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on project, cost, or program accounting
- CPA or CMA a plus
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, with experience in cost accounting principles and project based cost structures
- Demonstrated experience owning inventory accounting processes and working cross functionally with supply chain and operations
- Experience with government contract accounting, FAR/CAS standards, and DCAA compliance is a plus
- Previous Aerospace and Defense experience preferred
