## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant work experience
- 4–7 years of experience in supplier development, supplier quality, or manufacturing engineering in Aerospace/Defense/Medical/Automotive with focus on electronics, PCBA, or power systems
- Hands-on experience with IPC standards including IPC-A-610 (inspection), IPC-J-STD-001 (soldering), IPC-7711/7721 (rework), and IPC-A-620 (cable/harness assemblies)
- Experience with MIL-STD testing protocols for electronics such as MIL-STD-202 (electronic components), MIL-STD-883 (microcircuits), or MIL-STD-1540/1541 (space systems testing)
- Hands-on experience implementing lean methodologies at supplier or manufacturing sites with measurable results
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, cable/harness drawings, bill of materials (BOMs), and electronics test specifications
