## About the role

As the Review Generation Team Lead & Community Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of HG Insights' review generation program end-to-end. You will lead a team of campaign specialists and managers, set the direction for how we drive review submissions across our customer and enterprise base, and build a community of engaged reviewers who see ongoing value in participating.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, community management, or a related field, including 1-2+ years in a people management or team lead role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience managing or mentoring a team, with the ability to set goals, coach, and evaluate performance
- Skilled in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Ortto, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills
- Experience designing and prioritizing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and customer segments
