## About the role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join Truv’s Product Team. In this role, you’ll build and optimize products that enable lenders to verify income and employment, streamline decisioning, and improve borrower experiences. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and analytics teams to deliver solutions that directly client onboarding, go-live and developer experience.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience in government , lending, or financial technology
- Proven experience delivering products used by state and federal agencies, risk teams, or financial institutions
- Strong understanding of income and employment verification, and decisioning workflows
- Track record running user testing and A/B experimentation to inform product decisions
- Excellent execution skills—able to manage competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments
- Make data-driven product decisions , leveraging analytics and experimentation to measure impact and prioritize features
