## About the role

Every creator on this platform comes in through a system, and those systems are yours. The AI that onboards them, the funnels that bring them in, the flow that gets them from signup to a booked visit. You own how all of it works, you decide who's good enough to represent us, and you're the person they hear from when something goes wrong. The marketplace works when a restaurant books and a great creator shows up. That's your job. Not signups on a dashboard, but creators who actually show.

## What they're looking for

- Great with people and obsessive about organization. Both. One without the other doesn't work here
- You've built a community, program, or group before, and you can tell us the number it reached
- Comfortable walking into a room full of strangers and leaving with signups
- Self-directed. There's no playbook yet
- Based in Orange County / willing to relocate, able to work onsite, drive constantly, and fly when we open a new region
- This isn't a 9-to-5. Events happen and creators are active at night and on weekends
