## What they're looking for

- 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations technology, or a related field, with demonstrated customer-facing project leadership
- Experienced in Operations Technology, including MES, ERP, or similar systems, architecting and implementation experience is a strong plus
- Experienced in system and device integration in the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record leading Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives, ability to walk a shop floor and identify opportunities
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills — written and verbal — with experience managing enterprise-level engagements
- 25% travel expected within North America
