## What they're looking for

- Proficient in Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other STEM discipline
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in FPGA development
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in designing, testing, and documenting payload systems
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
