- Real grit. This is the single most important thing we're looking for. The tenth version of a deck gets the same care as the first, deadlines get hit, and hard feedback makes the work better instead of stalling it
- Genuine collaboration instincts. High EQ, high patience, no ego. You're easy to work with when things are calm and easier to work with when they aren't
- Comfort using AI tools as a normal part of your workflow, and the judgment to know when the output is good enough to ship. Specific tools matter less than how fast you pick up new ones
