## About the role

Twelve Labs is hiring a Legal Operations & Compliance Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our Legal function. You'll own the systems, processes, and records that let a small Legal team support a fast-growing global business, spanning contract operations, corporate governance administration, outside-counsel management, IP portfolio coordination, compliance-program administration, and legal technology.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in legal operations, senior paralegal, corporate governance, contract operations, or compliance operations, ideally in-house at a tech/software/AI company
- A track record of designing and owning processes, not just administering existing ones
- Experience with a CLM or matter-management system, contract repositories/metadata/renewals, and corporate governance recordkeeping
- Experience tracking outside-counsel budgets, invoices, or matter data
- Strong project management across functions, high attention to detail, and good judgment on when to escalate to an attorney
- Comfort with confidential and privileged information, and the ability to work autonomously while keeping Legal leadership informed
