## About the role

We’re seeking a Principal Public Relations Manager to join the Corporate Communications team. In this wide-ranging, fast-paced, and strategic role, you will be a core member of Twilio's Public Relations team, leading external communications in support of Twilio executives, customers, partners, and employer brand.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or public relations, ideally within a high-growth or enterprise technology environment
- Exceptional media relations , with a demonstrated ability to successfully pitch and place stories in top-tier business and technology outlets – even in the absence of hard news
- Proven track record of directly supporting and advising C-suite leaders in high-stakes, fast-moving environments
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with executive judgment and the ability to capture a specific leader's authentic voice
- Strong business acumen and financial communications experience , ideally with a publicly traded company
- Strategic and systematic thinker who can establish high-level narratives and execute them with tactical precision
