## About the role

The Conversational Agents Organization at Twilio is building the bridge between AI agents and the Twilio platform. We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Agent Implementations team. This role will lead the team responsible for building and operating best in class agents that power Twilio’s own business workflows. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years hands on experience as an engineer writing production-grade code in a modern programming language (language agnostic)
- 3+ years of experience directly supervising teams of engineers across different disciplines
- Experience fostering a culture of technical excellence and guiding a team through technical design decisions
- Proven track record of shipping products to production, testing ideas early with customers and iterating rapidly on their feedback
- Strong customer focus, our feedback loop with customers will be very tight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our ideas will only be as good as our ability to share them
