As a Twin Health Coach, you make a difference in people's lives every day by providing guidance, support, education, and encouragement to empower your members seeking to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases and improve their overall health.

## What they're looking for

- At least 2 years of experience in a metabolic health coaching role or dietitian setting
- Demonstrated comfort and enthusiasm blending motivational interviewing and behavior-change coaching with metrics-driven, AI-informed direction — this is core to the role, not a supplemental skill
- Proficient in navigating complex technology, including the remote member app, AI systems, and internal dashboards, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume, uncapped caseload, or clear ability and willingness to do so
- Comfortable operating within a fixed schedule, standardized SOPs, and a structured coaching model
- Open mindset, flexible and adaptable to frequent process, tool, and schedule changes
