## About the role

We're looking for a People Operations Manager to own our HR operations function, and help us build the transformational people programs that will take our team development to the next level.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally at high-growth startups
- A track record of building new processes from scratch, not just running what already exists
- Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment compliance
- Someone happy to handle the details personally while also thinking ahead to what we'll need next
- Curiosity about our business, and a willingness to learn what makes it tick
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to be in Oakland office for 3-4 days per week minimum
