We're looking for a Staff Product Designer who designs with AI the same way we build with it . You'll own complex product areas end-to-end, ship world-class experiences, and build things independently when the moment calls for it. This i s not a role for someone curious about AI. I t's for someone w ho's already living and working in it.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a design-related filed, computer science, or human-computer interaction
- You use AI tools in your actual workflow — not as a demo, but as a daily driver
- Bonus if you vibe-code, prototype in code, or have shipped something you built yourself
- Strong instincts for what makes a product feel right, not just look right
- Experience in a fast-moving environment where the roadmap changes and you adapt
