## About the role

We are looking for our first internal recruiter hire to shape our hiring process and systems, build a world-class talent brand, and hire amazing team members. Own the end-to-end recruiting function: sourcing, recruiting, coordinating, closing

## What they're looking for

- Have 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting with proven success, particularly in scaling strong technical teams
- Have experience scaling teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity, making judgment calls with imperfect information, and operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Are kind, emotionally aware, and genuinely care for people's wellbeing
- Have a bias for action to move quickly and creatively to engage top tier talent
- Have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
