## About the role

UFORCE is hiring its first dedicated Recruiting & Talent Operations team member to build the operating system behind our next phase of growth. This is a high-ownership role spanning recruiting systems, analytics, process design, workforce-plan intake and structured assessment across the US and Europe. You will turn complex and often ambiguous hiring needs into clear workflows, reliable data and operating rhythms that help recruiters and business leaders make better decisions faster.

## What they're looking for

- Experience owning or building Talent / Recruiting Operations in a fast-growing organization
- Strong knowledge of applicant-tracking systems, recruiting workflows, automation, integrations and data governance
- The ability to turn recruiting data into concise, decision-ready insights for senior leaders
- Practical understanding of structured hiring, scorecards, interview design and candidate experience
- Strong project-management skills and evidence of delivering complex cross-functional work from diagnosis through adoption
- Sound judgement and the confidence to bring clarity and appropriate challenge to ambiguous requests
