## About the role

You'll own UiPath’s US public sector compliance portfolio and drive strategy, coordination and execution across compliance initiatives such as FedRAMP HIGH, CMMC, IL5 and related DoD requirements, CJIS, GovRAMP and other state related obligations. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can take ambiguous, high-stakes public sector requirements and turn them into a clear, actionable plan, then drive that plan across engineering, compliance, and external stakeholders until it's done.

## What they're looking for

- • U.S. Citizenship (required for this role)
- • 6-8 years owning the implementation of technical requirements, continuous monitoring, and external audits within U.S. public sector frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP HIGH, CMMC)
- • A proven track record owning a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) program for large, complex environments
- • Direct experience driving the FedRAMP significant change request process from initiation through closure
- • A record of driving outcomes with distributed teams across time zones, with the collaboration skills to bring people along and the judgment to know when to lead and when to defer
