## About the role

Security, data protection and compliance (SDPC) are paramount to the success of our partnerships. All roles at UJET require compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and acceptance and adherence to all policies and standards within UJET. Personnel acknowledges they are personally responsible for reporting any suspected violations or abuse and are required to complete SDPC training and fulfill role-specific SDPC responsibilities.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with deep data platform experience
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical data modeling
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery (or a similar cloud data warehouse)
- Production experience with dbt (dbt Labs), including building models yourself
- Experience building or improving the infrastructure around data workflows (reliability, observability, CI/CD, permissions, environments, deployment patterns)
