## About the role

As the first hire and zero-to-one owner of our Agentic Applications pod, you will serve as the founding engineer for Unconventional AI’s internal enterprise productivity suite. This is a high-impact, highly autonomous role where you will be the force multiplier for our entire team. You will be responsible for architecting and developing bespoke applications from the ground up using Agentic AI.

## What they're looking for

- Education: BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience: 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience across both frontend and backend development
- Languages: Strong programming proficiency in Python and/or modern JavaScript ecosystems (Node.js, React, Next.js, etc.)
- Agentic AI: Hands-on experience building agentic applications, including LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain or similar frameworks)
- Databases: Solid database fundamentals, with practical experience using both standard SQL databases and Vector databases
- DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and taking end-to-end operational ownership of application deployment
