- 15+ years of progressive experience in executive communications, with substantial tenure as a senior advisor or function leader supporting a CEO or C-suite executive, ideally in B2B tech or enterprise SaaS
- A proven track record of helping CEOs develop and own bold, differentiated points of view, not just producing polished content, but shaping the ideas themselves
- Exceptional writer and strategic thinker and able to operate at the highest levels of craft while setting vision and leading others to execute against it
- Demonstrated ability to build executive communications functions from the ground up: defining strategy, developing talent and creating the infrastructure that makes a team excellent
- Proven ability to influence at the C-suite level, including presence, credibility and judgment to push back, offer counsel and be heard
- Deep expertise across the full communications mix: major stage speeches, thought leadership content, executive social media, internal communications, media and panel preparation
