## About the role

We are seeking a seasoned VP of AI Engineering to lead critical product and platform engineering initiatives. This leader will drive strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple engineering organizations building Uniphore's flagship Enterprise AI platform . You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders (Product, Design, Data Science, Customer Success) to drive innovation and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions for our global customer base.

## What they're looking for

- • 20 + years of engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
- • 10 + years of experience leading large, multi-team engineering organizations at the Sr. Directory /VP or equivalent level
- • Proven success delivering AI/ML-driven products, language model -based systems, and scalable data processing pipelines in production
- • Deep understanding of Model fine-tuning, retrieval pipelines (vector search, knowledge graphs, context graphs ), model optimization, inferencing and latency/performance tradeoffs
- • Expertise in modern software architecture, cloud-native platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD
- • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
