## About the role

Own the clinical design of the product areas you lead, including care pathways, interventions, escalation criteria, safety boundaries, and expected system behavior. Drive clinical product initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration, translating clinical needs into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and product decisions.
