## What they're looking for

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, Structured Finance/Products, investment banking, or related fintech roles
- Extensive modeling, credit analysis, and transaction documentation review skills
- Track record of exercising sound judgment on risk allocation and commercial terms
- Knowledge of consumer lending product (unsecured PL, auto, HELOC) is a plus
