## About the role

As the Operations Manager you will lead a team of Title Administration Specialists responsible for lien perfection and title management. You’ll own team performance and operational execution while identifying opportunities to improve processes, quality, and scalability as the business grows. Position location This role is available in the following locations: Columbus, OH (Easton office)
