## About the role

As the Principal Product Manager, Experimentation Platform , you will co-lead this emerging platform area with cross-functional partners, shaping both its long-term strategy and the capabilities teams rely on today. You’ll help unify experimentation across teams, expand model deployment and experimentation capabilities, and establish practices that enable Upstart to scale experimentation with greater confidence. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) and 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning strategy and roadmaps for technically complex software, platform, infrastructure, data, or developer-facing products
- Experience partnering with engineering , data science, Machine Learning, or Analytics teams on technical product architecture, tradeoffs, and delivery
- Experience applying quantitative methods , including statistics, experimentation, analytics, or data science, to product development and decision-making
- Experience developing platforms that support Machine Learning or AI workflows, including deployment, measurement, or experimentation
