## About the role

This role will lead enterprise solutions for Nadia, our AI coach, by adapting and delivering tailored implementations for complex customer environments. You will design, implement, and evaluate high-impact workflows (prompts, memory and knowledge patterns, coaching flows), balance bespoke and reusable architectures, and build the tooling and evaluation discipline that let us scale enterprise AI deployments. This role sits at the heart of Valence.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or consulting engineering, ideally with enterprise-facing experience. Open to less years for exceptional builders who ship and learn fast
- LLM/AI experience: prompt design, evaluation, and deployment of LLM-powered systems. Understanding of memory/knowledge retrieval and safety/guardrails
- Systems & judgment: track record of deciding what should be bespoke vs. reusable, designing for modularity without over-engineering
- Enterprise craft: stakeholder management, discovery, and communication. You know when to push back and when to ship
- Collaborate deeply: Partner with Product, AI Engineering, and Coaching SMEs to deliver solutions with measurable impact
- Quality mindset: you hold the line on accuracy, safety, and performance while maintaining pragmatism
