## About the role

Operations Specialists are the operators behind Valerie’s AI platform. Each specialist owns the operational delivery for a set of partner medical groups, ensuring their workflows run accurately, efficiently, and reliably. You will serve as the primary operational owner (Ops POC) for assigned customers, responsible for maintaining high-quality execution while helping improve the systems and workflows that power Valerie’s platform.
