## About the role

The Founder’s Office will operate as a force multiplier across Valerie Health, partnering closely with the founders and leadership team on the company’s most important strategic and operational initiatives. This role reports directly to the CEO and is designed for high-agency operators who want broad scope, high ownership, and direct exposure to company-building at a rapidly scaling AI-native startup.

## What they're looking for

- 3–6+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g. banking, consulting, investing), including 2+ years at a high-growth startup or VC firm
- Founder experience, experience as an early employee, or a strong aspiration to build a company is a significant plus
- Track record of leading multiple complex cross-functional initiatives simultaneously from strategy through execution
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment across teams, and operate effectively in fast-moving environments
