## About the role

At Variance we are using disruptive technologies to solve some of our digital age's oldest and most complex problems, using safe and effective AI. Your work will directly contribute to helping Trust & Safety teams spend less time on repetitive manual reviews and investigations, allowing them to focus on what matters most.

## What they're looking for

- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, business development, or lead generation preferred)
- Tech-savvy and adaptable , with experience with sales tools (or willingness to learn) including: Hubspot, Apollo, SalesNav, LinkedIn, Excel. Nice to have experience with AI tooling and automation
- Strong communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and engage prospects effectively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented , with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously
- Coachability and a growth mindset , eager to learn, iterate on strategies, and refine sales strategies based on feedback
