## About the role

Vast is looking for a(n) Information Systems Support Specialist , reporting to the Senior Technology Operations Manager , for providing day-to-day technical support to Vast’s internal employees and making sure systems run smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, providing timely and efficient solutions to their problems. Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.
