## About the role

Vast is developing next-generation space stations and space infrastructure using an incremental, hardware-rich, and low-cost approach. Vast is rapidly developing its multi-module Haven Station to ensure a continuous human presence in space for America and its allies, enabling advanced microgravity research and manufacturing, and unlocking a new space economy for government, corporate, and private customers.

## What they're looking for

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, manufacturing support, quality, supply chain, or a related environment
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production workflows, and shop-floor operations
- Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, work instructions, training materials, process documentation, or similar standardized guidance
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders, and actions through completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate processes and requirements into clear guidance for manufacturing users
