## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of relevant experience in social media and content creation, spanning both video and static formats
- Proven ability to plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photography for social
- Strong design skills producing on-brand graphics, motion, and templates (portfolio required)
- Experience owning social strategy, channel mix, and a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube/Shorts
- Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging copy
- Comfortable raising the creative bar and supporting other teams’ video and content, not just producing your own
