- Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, specifically within Kubernetes, AI infrastructure, or high-growth cloud platforms
- Start-Up Grit: You are a "Series A/B" builder who has successfully scaled sales teams from early stages to predictable, high-growth engines. You are comfortable building the playbook while running at 100mph
- Technical Gravity: You are "technically fluent" in the cloud-native ecosystem and can hold your own in a room with a CTO or Lead Platform Architect
