## About the role

As a Senior Product Designer at vCluster Labs, you are the voice for how engineers actually experience the vCluster Platform. You'll partner closely with a fast moving frontend engineering team to turn ambiguous, deeply technical problems into interfaces that make sense. Strong communication: You can structure a clear presentation, defend your design decisions to stakeholders, and question assumptions when it leads to a better solution. - User-centric approach: Design with a clear focus on our particular users, understanding them and their specific needs
- Good visual design sense: Can design user interfaces that are clear, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with modern UI patterns
- Willingness to learn: The subject matter here is highly technical and will require learning, reading technical documentation, and independent experimentation
- Strong communication: You can structure a clear presentation, defend your design decisions to stakeholders, and question assumptions when it leads to a better solution
