- Experience: 5+ years in product management, in cloud infrastructure, platform services, or distributed systems. You've shipped something other engineers depend on in production
- Kubernetes Fluency: You have working knowledge of Kubernetes, how clusters, workloads, and namespaces fit together
- Customer-Facing Infra Experience: You've sat across from platform engineers and architects, and you're comfortable in that conversation
