## About the role

This is a highly cross-functional, outward-facing role. You’ll work directly with customers and client-facing teams, spot opportunities to improve how we operate, and lead projects that make our product and business more effective. You’ll be equally comfortable in a customer conversation, a working session with product and engineering, and a spreadsheet.
