## What they're looking for

- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a graduate student in an accredited college or university, preferably in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into a clear narrative
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large, unstructured, or imperfect data sets
- Proficient with MS-Excel with a passion for data analysis, exposure to a visualization or BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Experience creating written or visual content for an audience — coursework, campus organizations, or a prior internship all count
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
