We are now looking for a People Data Analyst who can take business questions from concept to delivery: building analytics-ready data, developing meaningful analytical solutions, and partnering directly with stakeholders to turn insights into action. ## What they're looking for

- Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets using SQL, Python, and Databricks, transforming and modeling people data to support reliable, scalable analytics across the organization
- Partner with Data Engineering and data warehouse teams to integrate new data sources, including Workday and Greenhouse, defining data requirements and owning the curation of analytical datasets
- Proactively identify workforce trends, emerging risks, and opportunities, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations that support business decisions
- Collaborate directly with People & Culture leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs, clarify ambiguous requests, recommend analytical approaches, and ensure insights drive measurable value
- Leverage AI tools to improve analytical workflows, accelerate delivery, and contribute to the development of AI-enabled people analytics capabilities
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance by maintaining trusted metric definitions, performing accuracy checks, and protecting sensitive employee information through appropriate privacy and access controls
