In this hybrid role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the region to identify, engage, and hire the talent that drives Veeam's growth. ## What they're looking for

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across business functions, from sourcing through offer negotiation and close
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build effective sourcing and interview strategies
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, job boards, etc.)
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening and assessment to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every touchpoint
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring trend data to support workforce planning decisions
