## What they're looking for

- Write and maintain code to automate our public cloud infrastructure, software delivery pipeline, and other enablement tools
- Write and maintain code for internally consumed platform services
- Set technical direction for the platform: lead design on multi-quarter, cross-team initiatives and make the build-versus-buy and architecture calls that others build on
- Identify the highest-leverage problems in developer experience and delivery — the ones no single team owns — and drive them to a solution
- Raise the technical bar across the team through design review, code review, and mentoring — multiplying the output of the engineers around you
- Partner with product engineering, security, and compliance to make the paved path the fastest path, including in our FedRAMP environment
