- Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or a graduate student, at an accredited college or university
- Strong interest in customer experience, Voice of the Customer programs, customer insights, research, analytics, or program management
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly and tailor messages for different audiences
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong interest in data analysis, including organizing data, identifying trends, and summarizing insights
- Comfortable working with both quantitative survey data and qualitative customer feedback
